Supplies:
- Iridescent cellophane paper
- Nude nail polish
- Top coat
- Scissors
- Nail clippers (optional)
Directions:
Step 1:
Cut the cellophane paper into small slivers and random geometric shapes. Make them small enough to layer a few pieces on the nails without taking up the entire nail.
Step 2:
Paint 2 layers of your nude base coat on 1 hand. Let it dry enough so that it's dry to the touch but still a little tacky. (You'll be doing the design on 1 hand first, and then painting and doing the second hand afterward to make sure your nails don't get too dry.)
Step 3:
Start laying on your cellophane shards in random places on your nails. Lightly smooth them down on your nail without smudging the nail polish. If pieces stick out from the nail, use the scissors or nail clippers to trim.
Step 4:
Follow with a clear top coat and let dry!
