Extra correspondent — and our February Girl Crush— Maria Menounos is a staple on the red carpet. She always looks fabulous, so we just had to ask her for the inside details on her essential red-carpet beauty accessories.

Of course, part of that glow comes from Menounos' nearly 15-year relationship with boyfriend Keven Undergaro. The two are blissfully in love, even after all this time — and she doesn't even want to get married!
"We're both like fish on the subject — we just flip and we flop," she joked. "There are times when we are like, 'Oh, we should do it!' But you know, I also feel like we've been together for such a long time. In my mind, we have been married. So I don't really see the difference."
So, all we have to do to look like Maria Menounos is buy some TopStick and get a loyal BF? If only it were that easy.
