The Boss star accepted her award wearing a super sleek jumpsuit that featured a leather bustier with a plunging neckline, tapered harem-style pants and strappy heels.
She kept her hair in loose waves that accentuated her beautiful features.

The actress is also an accomplished fashion designer — her Melissa McCarthy Seven7 line is available for all sizes and represents the types of basics she couldn't find as a plus-sized woman.

"A good portion of women in America are size 14 and higher. I just try to make clothing that'll make all women feel really good," McCarthy told Redbook of the line. "With women, there's this constant weird cultural thing where we're always supposed to be comparing ourselves with one another. Who wore it best? Whose butt's better? Instead, how about if everyone wins? How intensely boring would it be if we were all the same?"
Her designs also feature plenty of leather and black, so we wouldn't be surprised if McCarthy designed her MTV Movie Awards jumpsuit herself.
