Rachel Toledo, celebrity makeup artist at Ray Brown Pro, recommends a tiny bit on the cupid's bow of the lips, under the eyebrows and in the corner of the eyes to make your eyes appear wider. Make sure to soften and blend the area with your finger or a beauty blender.
