Think of these as a very high tech improvement to cucumbers on your eyes. You store them in the freezer, and whip one out when you need to refresh and brighten your tired eyes. The blend of cucumber, arnica, green tea, chamomile, aloe, caffeine and hyaluronic acid is frozen in an “ice-cube” form, then you put that inside a soft pouch — sort of like a tea bag.
