Steam it up
Don't waste time before your shower ironing your outfit. Instead, just bring it into the bathroom with you and hang it up. Close the door and the windows, and don't turn on the fan — just let the steam work its magic. By the time you're done lathering and rinsing, your shirt should be ready to go.
Use the dryer
You know your dryer isn't only for drying clothes, right? Before you start your morning routine, toss your shirt into the dryer with a damp washcloth or sock. After about 15 minutes, it'll be wrinkle-free.
DIY some wrinkle releaser

Instead of spending big bucks at the store for a bottle of wrinkle releaser, take the advice of this blogger and make your own. Just a few sprays of this low-cost mixture and wrinkles are gone.
Use a damp towel
So you forgot to take that wrinkled shirt into the shower with you? No problem. Instead, use your damp towels to release the wrinkles. Carefully lay your wrinkled item between two damp towels, keeping it as flat as possible, and gently press down to smooth it out.
Take aim with your hair dryer
Deep wrinkles can be hard to deal with, but you still don't need to pull out that heavy ironing board. Just aim a hair dryer at the offending wrinkle and hit it with a blast of hot air from an inch or two away. If you have a focusing tip attachment, use that to make the job even faster.
Water
Believe it or not, a little bit of water can actually help you rid clothes of wrinkles. Dab a little bit of water on visible wrinkles and rub with your finger until the wrinkle disappears. Just be careful not to use too much water — soaking the shirt will only introduce more wrinkles.
