Supplies:
- Q-tips™ Precision Tips
- Deborah Lippmann 'Groove is in the Heart'
- Deborah Lippmann 'Sugar Daddy'
- Essie 'Blanc'
- Essie 'Borrowed and Blue'
- A piece of tin foil
Instructions:
Begin with a base coat in the colors of your choice.
Put a few drops of each color onto a small piece of tin foil for easier dipping.
Dip the tip of the cotton swab into a color and begin dotting in any pattern you wish; repeat for other colors using a fresh cotton swab for each polish.
If you get any nail polish on your skin, use a cotton swab dipped in nail polish remover and gently brush it away. (Using the precision tip ones will help you get closer to the nail without touching the nail itself!)
Let the polish dry and finish with a top coat.
