Are you dying to get your hair like Harry Styles and the rest of the dreamy dudes in One Direction? Probably not, but you might want to adopt the secret spray their hair pro, Lou Teasdale, uses to turn their hair into the side-swept styles they're famous for sporting onstage and on the red carpet.
The thing that makes them beautiful? Fudge Urban Sea Salt Spray.
"It's a must for boys' hairstyles," she tells People of the coconut-scented mix. "I like to keep the products simple on the boys."
The light-hold spray gives the hair just enough texture and volume to create the messy "beach" look we're all after in the summer heat... and, well, year-round. According to the manufacturer, Fudge Urban Sea Salt Spray also contains natural UV filters to protect the hair from the intense sun exposure in the summer.
Its simplicity is what makes the spray her go-to for the 1D guys.
"I try to use two products on each boy — one styling product and one finishing product so that I don't end up piling more and more product in and it looks too 'done,'" Teasdale adds. "I'm also buzzing when I find a product that I use on, like, three out of five boys. Then it's less to carry around."

Fudge Urban Sea Salt Spray is readily available online, but it's also pretty easy to make your own with — what else? — sea salt. Our favorite DIY blend includes coarse salt, essential oil, water and hair gel. Mix the concoction in a water bottle, and you've got a summer's supply of beautiful waves that are super sexy, not crunchy.
It's probably the only thing we'll adopt from One Direction's style, but it's definitely worth it.
