What's harder to believe: the fact that Avril is engaged to Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger or the fact that she has her own fashion line? Tough call! Here's Avril in Las Vegas at a fashion tradeshow where she's promoting her Abbey Dawn fashion line. We get that Avril's into punk chic and all, but the super baggy, all black look isn't doing it for us. Would wearing a little color kill her? And didn't she get the memo that putting your line's logos on a graphic tee is so 1999 ? Then again, her line does retail at Hot Topic...

The Canadian rocker enhanced her street lady ensemble with some flip flops and the hipster hat essential: a fedora. And really, she's missing the most important accessory of all -- her 14 karat engagement ring!

The final verdict? The outfit is bad, but her red glasses are quirky, yet cute.

Debra Messing

Here's the Smash actress doing good but not looking so good. She attended a taping of Good Afternoon America and a Post-it charity event at a local NYC school wearing a Rafael Cennamo dress that's kind of a mess.

Between the metallic color, alternating houndstooth print and a super wide skirt, it's overwhelming us. Having a large print on the bottom combined with the flared hem makes her look bigger than she really is.

The frock would have looked better with the same sized pattern through the entire thing and with a simple, tailored lower half to show off the starlet's svelte shape. Houndstooth is also such a classic, preppy print that doing it in metallic seems odd.

The final verdict? It's not a total disaster, but we know Debra can look sartorially smashing. With a few tweaks, this dress could definitely be improved.
